Roatan and Utila are two of the Bay Islands off of Honduras and run along the second largest barrier reef on earth.  These islands offer a wonderful array of underwater adventurers. The reefs are packed with life and the corals are in pristine condition. It is not uncommon for divers to swim with dolphins and gasp with wonder as the biggest fish in the sea, the incredible whaleshark, goes by. 

Roatan is a long, narrow island, 40 miles in length, total landmass of 49 square miles. The mountainous backbone is surrounded by extensive coral reefs. Fishing villages and towns dot the coastline.  CoCo View Resort is located on the protected south shore of Roatan. Coral reefs are in more shallow water, and experience calmer seas than the deeper and rougher north side.

Land activities include a choice of canopy tours, riding horses, exploring lush tropical scenery, shopping for island crafts, walking the beach and viewing the butterfly and floral gardens.

Laguna Beach Resort is ideally located on a lushly landscaped, private peninsula on the south central section of the tiny Honduran island of Utila. This remote, intimate property's natural wood design portrays a rustically elegant setting for the perfect island getaway.  Accommodations include bungalows each set over a tranquil mangrove lagoon.
